Set within the grounds of the beautiful Faenol Fawr Country Hotel, The Barn provided the ideal setting for a 60th celebration—and we were glad to be part of Tracey’s night by providing our party photo booth hire for it.
Arriving at Faenol Fawr Country House
We arrived at Faenol Fawr in at about 6.30pm, an hour and a half before the party’s start time, which gave us plenty of time to unload the booth and props, set up, and get everything ready for guests to start taking pictures. The venue’s countryside location sets the tone, with The Barn offering a cosy and elegant atmosphere that works fantastically for milestone birthdays.
The venue staff were welcoming and helpful, making access straightforward and allowing us to set up without interrupting other preparations happening around the barn.

Setting Up the Photo Booth in the Barn
When we got inside, we worked with Tracey to find the ideal spot for the photo booth—somewhere where everyone could see the photo booth, but it also wouldn’t get in the way. The barn’s open layout made this easy, offering several great options that allowed guests to flow naturally between socialising and dancing, as well as providing enough space for us to put up the photo booth backdrop.
We set up our magic booth, along with professional photography lighting, an instant dye sublimation printer, and a birthday props table. The rustic wooden beams and warm lighting of the barn complemented the setup perfectly, if I may say so myself, creating a fantastic photo scene.
Last Checks Before Guests Arrived
Before the party got going, we completed our usual final checks involved with our magic mirror hire service—testing the camera, adjusting the flash, and ensuring the high-quality 6×4-inch prints come out perfectly. These final touches are a must to make sure everything goes well once Tracey’s party is in full swing.
By the time guests began to arrive, the photo booth was ready to use.

As the night went on, Tracey’s family and friends quickly got good use out of the photo booth. From relaxed family photos to lively friend-group shots filled with laughter and prop hats and wigs, Supreme Photo Booths became a real focal point of the night. It was fantastic to see guests, young and old, getting involved.
We stayed on hand throughout the event, helping guests, encouraging fun poses, and making sure everyone left with a printout they loved—giving Tracey a collection of memories she can look back on until she hits the next milestone birthday.
