Located just outside Chester, a popular city for UK wedding venues, it provided a nice setting for the wedding reception for which we provided our photo booth.
We had the honour of providing wedding photo booth hire for Mr and Mrs Rogan’s wedding day, and from the time we arrived to the final printouts of the night, it was a wedding party that was the highlight of our year so far.

We arrived at Grosvenor Pulford at around 5.30pm to give ourselves at least an hour and 30 minutes to unload, set up, and have everything ready to go for the 7pm start time.
Despite arriving at night, the hotel’s exterior and beautifully maintained grounds create an impressive first impression as a wedding venue. It is grand but has a welcoming feel next to its luxury features, which sets the tone for a wedding celebration to remember.
The hotel’s staff were friendly on arrival, and we were already aware of where to unload, as they had provided information by email. It made the setup process faster and more straightforward. Finding the Best Place to Set up the Booth
Once inside, we looked around with a couple of people from the venue team to decide where to set up the photo booth. We always aim for a central spot that is inviting, but doesn’t get in the way of staff and guests moving around.
Grosvenor offered several setup options, with plenty of space for guests to gather comfortably, even with a small line of people, while still allowing easy movement between the dance floor, seating areas, and the bar.

Final Checks Before Picture Taking
Before we let the booth go live, we carried out full equipment checks as normal, adjusted the flash lighting levels, and ensured our 6×4-inch prints were coming out perfectly with no errors.
